The beauty of Joomla CMS website system is that there is a whole market of developers existing worldwide.  Some code Joomla Core to support the organisation, others code extension modules for fun, some code for commercial purposes – others sell website design based upon Joomla.  Then there are those that purely specialize in Joomla template development.  There is a niche for all.

Website developers can generally pick up a website project where another left off.  Okay its not always that easy, and this depends on the complexity of the site and the components, extension modules already put in place. But with Joomla, you are not locked it to an existing supplier.  Please remember the software that drives the system is free – it has been carefully coded and supported internationally by the Joomla Organisation.
